Community Outreach:
registration fees and cost of resources for booths at NAMI, Out of the Darkness and Save a Life San Diego walks;
Grossmont and Cuyamaca College Health Fairs; PERT Academies (training for San Diego police officers);
Meeting of the Minds; San Diego Psychological Association conference; company health fairs;
outreach to local mental health organizations and treatment facilities.

Printing:
resources for outreach events; announcements and directories for support groups,
the lecture series and board meetings (ink, paper, copy services, cutting/folding when needed).

Library:
books, DVDs, and CDs to lend to members; organizational supplies.

Social Events:
food for four summer potluck picnics and a holiday potluck party;
annual spring and fall group socials at Hometown Buffet;
sponsored tickets for a group outing to a Padres baseball game.

Organizational Costs:
annual re-affiliation fees to DBSA national; Web hosting and Internet domain name registration fees;
post office box rental fee; grants to sponsor new DBSA chapters in the area.

Supplies:
tissues, pens, white paper, plastic name badge holders, stick-on name tags, blank business cards,
and Play-Doh (in-group coping/distraction tool for anxiety).
